Store Policies

Free domestic shipping on orders $150 or more within the United States only. Regular rates apply to orders being shipped internationally, Canada or Mexico.

Every effort is made to ship at the most economical prices.  If we can ship your order to you at a lower cost then quoted when you place the order, we will do so and refund the difference minus any cost for packaging.  

The shop closes after the local post office closes on Saturday and is also closed on Sundays and Mondays.  Therefore, if an order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, it will not be mailed until the following Tuesday.  

Order Quantities:
Our current on-line system does not allow for fractional quantities on products sold. So to provide you the best choice of options, you can select yardage amounts (Fat Qtr, 1/2 yard, 3/4 yard or 1 yard) from a drop down menu and add each to the shopping cart individually. 

If you would like to order more than 1 yard, select the 1 yard option, then enter the number of yards in the Qty field and select Add To Cart. 

If you want to order 1-1/2 yards total, select the 1 Yard, then Add to Cart; then select the 1/2 yard and click Add to Cart. Your order will show up as two different line items.  

Backing fabrics are available in 1 yard and 1/2 yard increments. 

Out of Stock Items:
Every effort is made to make sure the inventory counts on our web store are kept current.  Unfortunately, due to timing or other issues beyond our control, items listed on the web site are occasionally not in stock.  If you order any items that are not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible via e-mail.  All parts of your order that are in stock.will be shipped and a partial refund of shipping charges issued, if applicable. 

If the items can be restocked, you can elect to back order it and we will ship it to you at no extra charge, when it is received in store.  If the item cannot be restocked, you will be refunded the cost of the item.   

Our regular priced products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.

Any discounted items sold are "final sale". Since they are offered at a deep discount, we will not refund these items. Feel free to resell them on eBay if you'd like; you'll probably make a profit!

Damaged Goods
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email customer service and we'll get you a label to send it back. An identical (where available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Obviously, with fabric, sometimes the item will no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item. As stated above, all returns must include the original receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.
