Laurel will teach you all the basic terminology that is unique to quilters, how to use a rotary cutter and rulers to square up your fabric and cut strips, and how to achieve the quarter inch seam allowance to make your quilts come out with perfect points. The only supplies you will need to bring is your sewing machine. Class size is limited to 5.

( Please note: the Saturday class scheduled for February 24 is full so a new class time has been added for the Thursday evening before. This class will be offered at least once a quarter.)

Bristol Creek Farms Block of the Month

The prints in Paula Barnes’ new collection, BRISTLE CREEK FARMHOUSE, were inspired by a quilt top she discovered along with Mary Ellen Robinson in a Florida antique shop. Both traditional and triangle paper methods are used to create their quilt design, and to simplify the construction process
Beginning February 1, 2018
12 Month Block of the Month
Cost: $27.99
Quilt size: 95" x 95"
(Only 15 kits will be available so sign up early if possible)

Class policies
Enrollment for classes close 1 week before the class date so that we can properly prepare for class. If at least 2 students are not enrolled in a class, it may be canceled. Payment constitutes enrollment. Refunds are issued as store credit when All About Quilting must cancel a class due to bad weather, low enrollment, or an emergency. One week notice is required from the student for refunds.

If you would like to take a class, but the dates and/or times are not convenient, let Laurel know and we will try to make other accommodations.

We love suggestions so if there is a particular quilt you would like to make or a technique you would like to learn, please let us know. Every effort will be made to set up this class.
