COVID-19

UPDATE - 3/26/2020:

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, and for the safety of our customers and employees, we have decided to modify our business operation.

Beginning, Friday, March 27 our brick and mortar store will be closed to foot traffic.  Reopening date TBD.

Curb-side pickup will still be available but by appointment only.

Our website is open 24/7 and has FREE SHIPPING on all domestic on-line orders.

If you have any face masks that you would like to donate, please email
Wendy@AllAboutQuiltingShop.com.  We will make sure these get distributed to the appropriate medical personnel and first responders.

We are truly living in unique times. The coronavirus pandemic is impacting everyone from our families, to our businesses, to our first responders who are bravely on the front lines.

Above all else, our thoughts are with those affected by the virus, particularly those who are sick. We wish them a speedy recovery, and we remain inspired by our healthcare workers and others who are caring for people around the world.

It is imperative that we take care of our people and the communities they live and work in. We know that customers rely on little shops like All About Quilting to fulfill their quilt making needs.

Quilting is not just a hobby.  It is a creative outlet and a way to cope with stress in times such as this.  My hope is that there are a LOT of beautiful quilts that come out this experience.  And All About Quilting is committed to help you accomplish this.  So let's break open our stashes and get creating!!

We have taken appropriate steps to disinfect and clean the shop to keep everyone safe, but we fully understand if folks aren't comfortable coming in.  In response, starting Wednesday, March 18 through the end of April, we will offer FREE SHIPPING on all, domestic US, on-line orders.  In addition, we will offer curb side pickup as well as home delivery within a 10 miles radius of Lexington, MO. Just place your order on-line and then let us know, via phone call or text to (816) 868-5246, on how you would like to receive your purchase.

New information is being released daily from the CDC and health officials and we will continue to monitor the situation.  We will continue to make decisions with our customers and our families in mind. As of right now, the shop will remain open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10 am -4 pm, Thursday 10-6, Saturday 10-2.

Laurel,
I feel for you and all the businesses affected by this dreaded virus. Our quilt shop here in Columbia also made the decision to close. Tough decisions in tough times. I do think the US is ahead of the game compared to where the other countries were at the beginning of the virus outbreak. Thank you for all you do in the Lexington community. I pray that life will get back to normal soon. In the meantime, stay safe and healthy.
